GOL informs that, due to construction work at Terminal 2 of Guarulhos International Airport (GRU), starting from October 16, 2024, boarding for international flights may also take place at Terminal 3. It is important to carefully check the boarding gate at the airport to identify the correct terminal:

• Gates 200 to 299: Terminal 2
• Gates 300 to 399: Terminal 3

Check-in, baggage drop-off, and access to the GOL Smiles Lounge will continue to be carried out at Terminal 2.

Recommendations for passengers:

• Check in online via the GOL website or app to avoid lines, using the check-in counters only if necessary.
• Arrive at the airport 3 hours in advance to avoid delays and missing your flight.
• Carefully check your boarding pass, listen to the announcements, and monitor the information screens at GRU Airport.
