Browse the menu below to check the main rules of this GOL partner airline:
A franquia de bagagem internacional é honrada pela GOL somente para voos emitidos no mesmo bilhete. Para voos emitidos trecho a trecho (comprados separadamente), mesmo com companhia Parceira, a franquia de bagagem internacional não será honrada. Nesse caso, aplica-se a franquia e regra de cada trecho adquirido.
The international baggage allowance will be honored by GOL only for flights issued on the same ticket. For flights issued leg by leg (purchased separately), even with a partner company, the international baggage allowance will not be honored. In this case, the allowance for the segment purchased will apply.
Transport of items for infants (from 0 to 2 years of age) When traveling in their own (reserved) seat, infants are entitled to the same checked baggage allowance as an adult. If they are traveling on your lap, they can check in one piece of baggage up to 10 kg. Besides that, complimentary allowance of 1 stroller (for use) and/or 1 baby carrier is provided free of charge.
Paying for overweight baggage If you have overweight baggage, you can pay for it at check-in.
Fragile items Fragile items are accepted as long as they are properly packed. However, if the product is damaged for any reason, the company is not responsible for reimbursing you. Check out the airline contract to learn more.
Perishables Perishable items are not accepted. For more information, please contact the consular or customs offices of the destination and transit countries.
Baggage Claim Baggage from flights with our partners must be collected at the final destination. When a passenger is arriving on a flight from Mexico to a destination in Brazil, and has a connection, baggage must be retrieved at the first stop in Brazil. After completing customs procedures, passengers should proceed to the GOL counter to re-check their luggage.
Lost baggage In case of lost baggage, the responsibility for recording and tracking the baggage process lies with the last airline to transport the passenger. If the baggage is lost during the connection between international flights and domestic GOL flights, the customer must file a claim with the airline that transported the baggage on the previous flight segment.
Damaged Baggage In the event of damaged baggage, the customer must contact the last carrier to open a baggage claim file. If damage is found on an international flight to a domestic GOL flight, the file should be opened with the carrier of the first flight segment.
