How it works

You only need to pay a small fee starting from USD 15 per passenger, and guaranteeing for 48 hours the fee you found. 

This way, you save time and can peacefully discover if the hotel you want will be available, if you will have the day off in the day you were planning to go or if that special someone will be able to be with you.

    Select the destination, the dates, and the number of passengers and look for offers as you normally would.

  2. Choose the perfect fare for you*

    Consider the benefits of each offer and select the one that's best for you. Under the fares, select the “Hold this Fare” option to start the reservation process.

    * The Guaranteed Fare service is not available for promotional (PROMO) fares and cannot be hired in “Anonymous purchase” mode.

  3. Pay the fee to hold the fare

    After choosing your fare, simply pay the fee. You can reserve the service for as many passengers as you like. The service will be charged individually, according to the number of passengers, just like the reservation.

  4. Plan your trip in up to 48 hours

    The payment of the fee guarantees that your fare will be held for up to 48 hours. Use the time to better plan your trip without worrying about whether you will get that same fare later on.

  5. Purchase your tickets

    Once you've planed your trip, you can then go to My Reservations and purchase your tickets, as long as it's within the 48-hour hold period.

  • This service allows you to put a fare on hold for 48 hours.

  • To ensure that your ticket is issued, you must pay the fare that was placed on hold in full within 48 hours.

  • If full payment is not made within the 48-hour period, the hold will be canceled and the fare will no longer be guaranteed.

  • The Guaranteed Fare service is charged per passenger.

  • This service cannot be canceled.

  • This service is non-refundable.

  • Once the hold is placed and the payment verified, you will not be able to make any changes.

  • The 48-hour hold period will start once the payment for the service has been verified.

  • The Guaranteed Fare service is not available for promotional (PROMO) fares.

  • This service is only available to passengers flying with GOL (G3). A hold can be placed on a fare found on GOL's website up to 48 hours before departure.

  • The payment for this service will not be considered as part of the ticket price.

  • No miles will be accrued from the payment for this service.

  • Diamond customers have up to 5 complimentary credits to freeze GOL flight prices. If the reservation includes more than one passenger, the benefit will be applied to each person, using 1 (one) credit per passenger.
